The Laws of Exercise section of the website is designed to provide useful information on exercise principles and planning. The four cornerstones of a healthy lifestyle inherent in the Body BACK Challenge are important for achieving and maintaining long lasting lifestyle goals and knowledge, the forth cornerstone, is an intricate part of the challenge. The need to constantly change your exercise program, modify your diet and supplement plan and set proper and realistic goals cannot be realized without access to reliable and acceptable information.

The Laws of Exercise provide a forum in which scientific training principles are addressed and discussed in an understandable format.

We strive to provide programs that are scientifically sound, practical and modifiable to suit your individual goals and needs. We design programs with our F.I.T. Principle in mind – Fundamental Integrity Training. Our exercise philosophy is simple: we aren’t concerned with the type of exercise training system you follow, as long as you follow an exercise system. We build our programs on a solid foundation of science and practical experience. A sound exercise system is one which follows the laws of exercise within this section.

 
Many different exercise programs can produce similar results. That is why we don’t focus on the what of exercise but on the how of exercise. Any exercise program will work for you as long as the program adheres to the laws of exercise which govern how our bodies respond to training. Successful exercise programs change the level of intensity and volume on a continuous basis. How you perform the exercise program in terms of exercise order will also vary the physical adaptation. Furthermore, no exercise system can be successful without a methodical plan. Planning truly is the key to success.
New laws of exercise will be continuously added to the site. Check back regularly to discover how a specific law of exercise can disprove the many myths of exercise training.
