Are you confused about bread? Wondering if you should jump on the low-carbohydrate bandwagon and eat your burger without the bun? Baffled about which bread to buy and what to look for on ingredient labels? Truestar Health challenges you to rate your bread IQ to help you separate bread myth from reality.

Myth or Reality

1. Bread must be bad for you since all the hype is about low-carb diets.

2. Eating highly processed and refined white flour contributes to weight gain.

3. Buying "enriched" bread is a healthy choice.

4. “Whole wheat" breads and "wheat" breads are equally nutritious.

5. Multigrain breads are healthier than white breads.
