Over the past few weeks we have had questionnaires to test your daily health habits, and today is the final part of our lifestyle assessment! How have you been doing—are you a health guru, naturally health savvy or do you need to make some lifestyle changes?

If you missed out on Part 1 and Part 2, take them now. I hope in completing these fun questionnaires you have identified which of your habits are health promoting and which you should think about changing. My goal in creating these quizzes was to make you health conscious and to encourage you to make choices daily to ensure optimal health for you and your family.

Total your scores for the past three weeks and keep in mind which questions you lost out on. Use the information in all three parts of this quiz to help you to make some needed changes before you develop conditions which will later require you to do so! Become proactive in your health care and age the best you can.

I hope in completing this exercise you have discovered little ways to improve your lifestyle and wellness each day.
