Peppery Seasoned Beef Steaks

Ingredients
4 boneless beef top loin steaks, cut 1 inch thick (about 2
pounds)
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp seasoned pepper
Directions
Combine salt and pepper; press onto beef steaks.
Place steaks on grid over medium, ash-covered coals. Grill, uncovered,
15 to 18 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness, turning occasionally.
To broil, place steaks on rack in broiler pan so surface of beef is 3
to 4 inches from heat. Broil 13 to 17 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness, turning
once.
