Toasted Walnut Trout Spread

Preparation facts
Yield: 10 servings
Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 Tbs butter, softened
4 oz hotsmoked lake trout, flaked
1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup toasted, finely chopped walnuts
2 heads endive, separated into leaves
Directions
Mix cream cheese and butter in a medium bowl until smooth. Stir in
trout, blue cheese and walnuts; mix well.
Spread or pipe about 1 teaspoon moxture onto bas of each leaf. Garnish
with additional walnuts. Chill until serving.
