Preparation facts

Ingredients

1 pint oysters

4 Tbs butter

1 quart milk

1 1/2 tsp salt

1/8 tsp pepper

paprika

Directions

In a 4-quart pan, melt butter, add drained oysters, and cook 3 minutes on medium heat or until edges curl. Add milk, salt and pepper, and bring almost to boiling. Serve immediately.
