Toasted sesame seeds, soy sauce and ginger give an oriental spin
to this succulent prawn dish. Serve with rice and sliced cucumbers sprinkled with rice
vinegar.

Ingredients
1 Tbs (15mL) sesame oil
1 Tbs (7g) ginger root, grated
1 lb (455g) medium prawns, (or shrimp) uncooked, peeled and
deveined
2 Tbs (30mL) soy sauce, low sodium
1/2 cup (90g) green onions, sliced diagonally (2 green
onions)
1 Tbs (9g) sesame seeds, toasted
Directions
Heat oil in wok or large skillet, add ginger and sauté for 30
seconds.
Add prawns and stir fry just until prawns turn bright pink (do not
overcook).
Add soy sauce and green onions and stir fry just until heated
through.
Portion onto plates and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
