Ingredients
3/4 cup (180mL) buttermilk
1/2 cup (120g) low-fat vanilla yogurt
2 1/2 cups (750g) diced fresh mango, frozen
1 Tbs (15mL) fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp (4g) ground ginger
1 tsp (8g) grated and chopped fresh ginger
3–5 ice cubes
Directions
Combine the buttermilk and yogurt in the blender. Add the mango, lime
juice, fresh ginger and ground ginger. With the blender running, add the ice cubes one at a
time until the desired consistency is reached.
